Since its establishment in 2019, Pomki has been dedicated to refining this technology, with a strong focus on sustainability and ease of use. For this dynamic and fast-growing start-up, we are now looking for a Business Developer.
The challenge:
- You analyze, identify, and approach new market opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands
- You use your commercial and strategic skills to explore new markets and determine focus markets and target audiences
- You establish the strategic direction to strengthen market position and increase brand awareness
- You conduct active prospecting to acquire new customers and strengthen existing contacts
- You build and maintain relationships with distributors in Germany, France, and Portugal to ensure sustainable collaborations
- You work closely with R&D and technicians to translate market demands into production. You report on sales results to management and the board of directors
The perfect match:
- Bachelor's degree in a commercial field and 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar B2B role
- Commercial drive and willingness to build long-term relationships
- Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with a hands-on mentality
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English. French or German is an asset
- Affinity with fresh and healthy food and production. Knowledge of food technology is an asset
